In November 2009, I was asked to join the Future of Work Research Consortium led by Prof. Lynda Gratton and hosted by the London Business School. The event participants were executives from 22 global corporations such as Microsoft, NHS, Nokia, BT, RBS, and Unilever. As part of the event, there were two work-in-group sessions, where participants discussed one of five topics given.

As ‘the one creative’ (non-corporate) at the table, I was asked to capture the stories they came up and visualised them through ‘my tools’.

I recorded the sessions on a mini-disc. Here I’ve edited the 45 minute discussion down to a five-minute vignette to describe how technology will affect the Future of Work in 2020.
